However, the person who uses our stamps to create cards and hand-crafted items that they themselves sell can do so when following the specific guidelines listed below.
1. Each item must be individually hand-stamped.
2. Images may not be mechanically reproduced by copier, nor scanned into a computer, nor digitally captured. This includes artwork created by the artist with Toybox stamp images.
Each work of art must be an original.
3. Images may not be used or resold as clip art or in a collection of art or where the image is the
inherent value of the item sold.
4. Images may not be used to create new designs by computer alteration or hand rendering.
5. In order to protect our copyright, all hand-stamped items produced may only be sold by the artist. Artwork may not be sold wholesale to any third party.
